How to Increase Our English Capability

Since I learn english more than 20 years, i think only a little bit that i could practice on my life. I don't understand what is the problem ? for a several years, when i was in school i tried to improve my english by taking a course after off day school. But i realized that it had only improve a little and i am still couldn't take the advantage from taking a course. So i decided out from course in the last senior high school period.

For a long time i tried to think about why do i still on a worse for english, what should i do for making better in improving english ? That's question is still hang on my mind until for a couple weeks ago when my office sent me for taking a toefl preparation course in BPPK.
The question that always hang on my mind, gradually find the answers. The problem for being fluent and good in english are devine from many reasons :

1. Flash back our behaviour : we find something wrong with our english teaching behaviour. the teacher usually teach about grammar n rarelly teach how to speak, listen, write english clearly and coherently;
2. We usually shame for practising english in our lifes. perhaps we are afraid to speak english on a wrong grammer;
3. We rarelly read an english book spesially english novel book or english newspaper;
   We rarelly use our english for practise on speaking with each other, writing some paper in english or just listening carefully in english film;
4. We use to watch english film but we are still reading a bahasa text on underline.From all of the problem i could find some answer and maybe it could be usefull for us for practising, improving and learning english better than yesterday.
   

First step, it calls a little step for starting the giant move. We have to maintain ourself for reducing the bad habit, concure our self and being brave for speaking in english eventhough many people laugh us for broken english. The first step is look like a tiny but we need a lot of courage to force ourselves in speaking english;

Second step, we should force our habit in learning english by reading some english news or novels, and try to disapear the bahasa text on our english film and try to learn english by listening.

Third step, Join some english community for practising all we have and learn more from the others.

Fourth step, take some english course specially for gainning practise and learning new method in fluent our english cappability

It would be a macro evolution for our english teaching development, the government should repair the core curriculum spesially in english from grammar oriented to practise orriented.

Finally, use your english practising everyday with your friend, your familly and to everybody.
i wish i could be done and it could be usefull for us for improve our english now and days

I believe all of knowledge that we have should be better to sharring it with each other. Knowledge is universe, nobody keep the knowledge for themselves. As far as i concern, by sharring a knowledge, we will save the world from darkness and automatically we can make many people know about anything.

Knowledge is an important item in the world, it would be usefull by sharring to each others. Someday, everyone in the world could be on the same level education and it could be better for the future. Today, we can not imagine that on the deepest of africa, we find a brilliant man with a potential knowledge, but tomorow it could be happen because knowledge could access with everyone in the world by sharring.

So, let's make a world more bright with sharring knowledge to each other from now.
